We welcome Gaurav Nanakwani a new PhD student in the Pliotas group. Gaurav will investigate mechanosensitive ion channels using advanced pulsed EPR (PELDOR, or DEER) spectroscopy, HDX mass spectrometry and single molecule electrophysiology. All members of the Pliotas group wish Gaurav the very best of success in his new, challenging and exciting scientific adventure.
