Our new book chapter entitled “Using pulsed EPR in the structural analysis of integral membrane proteins, has now been published online, in Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (Vol: 27), published by the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC). We hereby describe the application of pulsed EPR in the study of membrane proteins, include all studies of pulsed EPR on membrane proteins to date (see table) and highlight case studies including our work on mechanosensitive ion channels. We further discuss experimental considerations, and introduce some of the computational tools that can be used in combination with pulsed EPR methods. A free online copy of our chapter could be sent upon request (by email) to Christos Pliotas
